Alisa is a primary/family all ages nurse practitioner and has been practicing for 15 years. She has worked in northern Labrador, Emergency Department, the Canadian Coast Guard and presently Catalyst Health Solutions. She graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing in 2004 from MUN and finished her Nurse Practitioner/Masters Program in 2010 through Athabasca University.
She enjoys providing holistic care to patients and their families and keeps up to date on the latest research to ensure her patients receive the best possible care.
When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, hiking and reading. She also volunteers her time with Goulds Minor Hockey Association, the Avalon Girls Hockey League and Southern Shore United Soccer.

Christina White graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2015. She has enhanced her clinical expertise through additional coursework at Saskatchewan Polytechnic and holds a valid licence as a Registered Nurse Prescriber through the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador (CRNNL). In this role, she is authorized to prescribe a range of medications and communicate diagnoses within her scope of practice.
In 2024, Christina joined Catalyst Health Solutions, bringing with her valuable experience from her previous work in the emergency department. She is certified to perform pap smears and ear syringing, and has extensive experience in sexually transmitted and blood-borne infection (STBBI) screening, including patient education, testing, and follow-up care.
Outside of work, Christina loves spending quality time with her family, which she considers an essential part of her well-being and balance.
